Developer's awarded design ~ Sea & Sky City in China









EverGold Sea & Sky City
永金海域天城 (Former Seaheaven Residence) in CBD Qionghai City琼海市
Residential housing development partly for civil servants and partly for retail sales in resort-styled hospitality. Design was based on the modern Singaporean and South East Asia tropical architecture. Concept was from myself and assisted by team in China. Project completed and sold very fast achieving at least 90% occupancy. Best urban design award in the local developers competition in early 2011.
Project won Hainan China Property Design Prize 中国广夏奖

Hainan Provincial Building Authority public toilet design proposals collection. Design based on innovations to improve Hainan tourism image and hygiene. Also incorporated proposals in green energy technologies and recycling management. Toilets were classified in First, Second, Third Grades according to different local conditions.

Other projects involved in: design ideas in Qionghai City 琼海People's Procuratorate Office Building 人民检察院, and a client's ancestral home 祖屋 outside Wanning City 万宁市

Other projects involved in Singapore include Marina Bay Sands project 2009, Parc Condo of West Coast 2008, and Punggol East Eco-Heaven recreational center by the river published in Lianhe-Zaobao Chinese newspaper in 2011.
