Developer's awarded design ~ Sea & Sky City in China

EverGold Sea & Sky City ๆฐธ้‡‘ๆตทๅŸŸๅคฉๅŸŽ (Former Seaheaven Residence) in CBD Qionghai City็ผๆตทๅธ‚ Residential housing development partly for civil servants and partly for retail sales in resort-styled hospitality. Design was based on the modern Singaporean and South East Asia tropical architecture. Concept was from myself and assisted by team in China. Project completed and sold very fast achieving at least 90% occupancy. Best urban design award in the local developers competition in early 2011. Project won Hainan China Property Design Prize ไธญๅ›ฝๅนฟๅคๅฅ– Hainan Provincial Building Authority public toilet design proposals collection. Design based on innovations to improve Hainan tourism image and hygiene. Also incorporated proposals in green energy technologies and recycling management. Toilets were classified in First, Second, Third Grades according to different local conditions. 2023/24 Reform a new direction of design thinking： Do less architectural design, change it to interior and landscape design, and then combine it with urban planning. It is no longer easy to do architectural design. Too many people do too competitive. Some buildings are too difficult to design, but generally, the buildings now are square and simple.
