EverGold Sea & Sky City 永金海域天城 (Former Seaheaven Residence) in CBD Qionghai City琼海市 Residential housing development partly for civil servants and partly for retail sales in resort-styled hospitality. Design was based on the modern Singaporean and South East Asia tropical architecture. Concept was from myself and assisted by team in China.
